One of the missions of the NTBA is to develop the next generation of biomedical professionals. Workshops is just one way that the NTBA accomplishes this mission. At a workshop students have an opportunity to meet and learn from the real-life experiences of industry professionals. The workshops are a great opportunity for the community to give back and encourage participation in the growth of the profession. The US board of Examiners awards participants points towards certification renewal. One point is awarded for an eight hour training day and one half point is awarded for a four hour training day.
